There are lots of things that need to be done in the next week:

One of the most important things is PLEASE return your completed roster to Lucy Smith by Wednesday 16th May.

You can see how many jobs that need to be filled - please help out so everyone gets a chance to enjoy the day(s) - if you can't help out on the Sunday - are you free to help with the set up?

Also we need your raffle tickets back - the sold ones asap - if you want more please mark your envelope
